On May 17th, 2004, around 2AM, we were the 117th couple to receive our marriage license in Cambridge, MA. The 117th couple to be granted the right to legally marry. Which we did, May 21, 2004.
So this is our story, as parents to the most brilliant, gorgeous, frustratingly logical yet insanely imaginative girl named Arden. As a two-mom family, as a two full-time working mom family in the great (although cold) state of Massachusetts.

New Kitchen Toy
I got a new kitchen toy for Christmas. It scrapes the bowl while it mixes. While it mixes! No need for a spatula!
It totally works. See?
Its virgin voyage was Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins.
